Communications Director
The Washington Secretariat in Lansdowne, VA, is looking for an experienced communications director to be responsible for planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies, communications, and public relations, both external and internal. The following are required: demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in design and execution of marketing, communications, and public relations (web-based, print, other media); strong project and people management skills. Activities will include the following: writing; communications and marketing; public spokesperson; budget development and management; and travel. International experience and second language are pluses. Must be able to work with diverse Christian traditions. Receptionist
A full-time (8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) receptionist is needed for Prison Fellowship International at their Lansdowne office. This position is the primary point of contact for all external contacts and inquiries for PFI. The receptionist answers and refers calls through the use of a multi-line telephone system; distributes mail and incoming deliveries; assists in mailing and shipping of materials;  prepares correspondence and e-mail in response to general inquiries; coordinates purchasing and invoicing of office supplies; updates PFI mailing and donor databases; assists Office Administrator and staff as needed.
