ILF Faculty

Timothy KhooTimothy Khoo 
Timothy Khoo is Executive Vice President of Prison Fellowship International and the Executive Director of the ILF.  Prior to this, he was the Asia Pacific Director and International Director of Training for the same organisation.  He joined PFI from the Ministry of Defense where he held the appointment of Chief Management Trainer in the Management Education Branch .

 

Adjunct Faculty 

Dan Van NessDan Van Ness
Dan is Executive Director of the Centre for Justice and Reconciliation at PFI. In addition to overseeing justice activities at PFI, he at one time was responsible for the Training Department, where his two significant achievements were development of the original MAP packages and hiring Jeff O'Malley. Prior to joining PFI he was a senior lecturer at the University of Malta; in addition to teaching responsibilities he assisted the government and Prison Fellowship Malta with a prison reform project. Before that he was a visiting professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. He worked for Prison Fellowship USA in a variety of roles, including President of its justice reform program Justice Fellowship and Senior Vice President of Research and Development. He is a lawyer and practiced for six years in an economically depressed community in Chicago, Illinois. 

Karam SinghKaram Singh
Karam is a Principal Psychologist and Deputy Head of the Psychological Services Branch of the Singapore Prison Service and a member of the Board of Directors of Prison Fellowship Singapore. He was previously Associate Lecturer in Psychology at the Singapore Institute of Management University (UniSIM).

Administrative Support 

Chan Poh LengChan Poh Leng
Prior to joining PFI, Poh Leng has been with the commercial sector for the most part of her working life. She joined PFI in 2005 and has been supporting both the General Secretariat Services and the ILF in her managerial position.
