- The Odyssey is aimed at emerging, new and established leaders, to deepen their spiritual lives, develop their character and equip them with leadership and management skills.

- Foundations for Effective Ministry is intended to give new National Ministry leaders a thorough understanding of the five foundations of ministry so that they can apply the concepts and skills learnt to achieve PF's mission in their country or territory.
- Zonal Training
- Zonal training is a cost-effective and culturally relevant model developed by the ILF to train leaders of our national affiliates.
- Affinity Groups
- Affinity Groups are a forum for practitioners, organised around a particular issue or programme of interest. It is not training per se, but a forum in which participants dealing with the same issue or running the same programme, exchange and share best practices and experiences. The ILF’s role is to help such groups connect.
