Purpose Statement

To affirm the calling to leadership and to enable these leaders, through intentional leadership formation, to serve their respective PF organisations in the fulfilment of the Prison Fellowship International mission and vision.

Objectives

• We aim to implement an intentional and integrated process of: 
  Assisting emerging PF leaders in discerning their vocation and calling to ministry leadership
• Supporting emerging, new, and established leaders, in a guided process of spiritual formation designed to nurture and develop the character of spiritual leadership
• Equipping these leaders with leadership and management skills by providing learning opportunities and ongoing mentoring and coaching.
