ILF Prospectus
Welcome Message
On behalf of the faculty and staff of the PFI Institute for Leadership Formation (ILF), I am delighted to present a copy of the Prospectus to you. Whether you are a prospective Sojourner on the Odyssey, a participant on any of our other programmes, or a donor to the ILF, I hope you will find the Prospectus informative as to the programme offerings at the ILF.
Our aim at the ILF is to take a holistic approach to leadership formation and development. Since its inception in 2005, as the objectives clearly articulate, the ILF endeavours to work across the spectrum of leadership – emerging, new, and established leaders. We are also committed to working across the range of leadership needs – deepening the spiritual and personal lives of leaders, and equipping them with leadership and management skills.
As the key Scripture (Psalm 78:72) at the ILF reflects, we seek to assist those who journey with us on any one of the programmes to lead with integrity of heart and to serve with skilful hands.
