The newly chartered Prison Fellowship Angola has started serving the prison community in the capital Luanda and the provinces of Bengo and Kwanza North. PF Angola has started immediately to address the high recidivism rate (70%) by initiating a literacy programme that combines moral and civic education alongside spiritual education. Transforming lives is at the heart of PF Angola's work!
