Prison Fellowship Angola, chartered in 2009, serves the prison community in the capital Luanda and the provinces of Bengo and Kwanza North. PF Angola addresses the country's high recidivism rate (70%) by running a literacy programme that combines moral and civic education alongside spiritual education. Transforming lives is at the heart of PF Angola's work.
