Prison Fellowship Belize has been carrying out the Lord's work throughout the country since 2005. Volunteers reach out to prisoners, ex-prisoners, and their families with the love of Christ. PF Belize strives to help prisoners prepare themselves for returning to their communities with a strong moral compass which will help them be successful.

On 11 February 2009, the Inner Change Freedom for Belize (IFFB) programme celebrates its 6th anniversary. The 18-month programme operating at the Belize central prison provides participants a structured environment in which to learn new ways of thinking and life skills.
