Introduction and Recent News
Prison Fellowship Switzerland began helping prisoners, ex-prisoners, and their families in 1991. With the help of dedicated, caring volunteers, PF Switzerland visits prisoners in prisons located in the Swiss German region of the country. In 2009, Prison Fellowship also became active in the Francophone region. PF provides spiritual help directly or via the prison chaplains, and aids the chaplaincy through correspondence and prayer. Two newsletters are published each season to inform the inmates' families and their communities of current news and achievements of PF Switzerland.
